Objective: To compare performance of rootstocks on different cultivars.

Cultivars: Primary trial: Smoothee Golden Delicious, Nicobel Jonagold, Empire, and Law Rome Beauty. Secondary trials: Chieftain, Jonathan, Liberty, McIntosh, Stayman, and York

Rootstocks: B.9 Europe, B.9 Treco, M.9 Burg 756, M.9 Nic 29, M.9 NAKBT337, M.26 EMLA, M.26 NAKB, P.14, Supporter 4, JM.1, JM.2, JM.7, PiAu 36-2, PiAu 51-11, PiAu 51-4, and PiAu 56-83.

Spacing: 3 x 5.5 m

Trainings System: Slender spindle
