Dear Colleagues,
As announced earlier the NC140 meeting will be held in Geneva beginning at 8:30am Wednesday Nov. 13 and will conclude at noon on Thursday Nov. 14. After the end of the meeting there will be an optional orchard tour on Thursday afternoon. The registration website is now available at http://cals.cornell.edu/nc140
The registration fee for the meeting is $200
The optional tour is $40
The hotel room rate is $89
Please register by Nov. 1
The deadline for making hotel reservations for the reserved block of rooms is Oct. 31
We will try to provide transportation from the Rochester airport to the meeting location in Geneva. Attendees should enter their arrival time and departure time from the Rochester airport to on the registration website by Nov. 1, 2019. We will then contact participants and advise if we can provide transportation from the airport to the meeting site.
Lastly, if you want time on the agenda outside of the normal uniform plantings and state reports let me know.
